It’s a brownie! And a cookie! It’s a rich fudgey chocolatey brownie cookies! Your day just got a whole lot better already! 
Recipe:
1 cup Betterine (2 sticks) (melted then cooled slightly)
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups flour 
1 teaspoon salt (more for sprinkling)
1 1/2 cup cocoa powder 
2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons hot water
2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In a bowl whisk together the Betterine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet. Add the water. Mix until you have a sticky cookie dough. Mix in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the dough into cookies (the shape doesn’t change so much once baked) bake for 12 minutes.

Slice the onions into thin rings. Place the Betterine in a medium/large pot and let it melt on high heat, once the Betterine is in liquid form, add the onions to the pot and cook them until golden brown. Add the flour. Next add the water, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 hour. Enjoy with a baguette with melted cheese.

Recipe:
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup Betterine ( 1 bar) cubed and chilled
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¼ cup ice water
1 egg, beaten, for brushing
1 tablespoon sugar, for sprinkling

Apple Filling
2 Macintosh apples peeled, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅓ cup sugar
1 tablespoon Betterine (1/8 of a bar)

Make the pie dough: In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix with fork. Add the Betterine  and work into the flour with a fork until only pea-size lumps remain. Add the apple cider vinegar and mix into the dough with your fingers. Gradually add the ice water and mix with your hands until the dough starts to come together. Add more water as needed if the dough is dry. The dough should not be very tacky or sticky. Shape the dough into a rough ball and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, make the apple filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the sliced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar. Cook, stirring continuously, until the apples are soft, about 10 minutes. Add the Betterine and stir to incorporate. Remove the pan from the heat and let the filling cool. Preheat the oven to 425°F . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a round that is about ⅛-inch thick. Roll the dough around the rolling pin and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.

Decedent, airy, and oh so chocolatey! 
Recipe:
1 cup bitter sweet chocolate 
3/4 cup Betterine cubed
1/4 cup strong coffee
Boiling water 
4 eggs
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
You will need three mixing bowls, for the first bowl, use a heat proof bowl and place the chocolate, Betterine, and coffee in it. Add 2 inches of boiling water in a pot and put the heat proof bowl in the pot but make sure the water is not touching the bowl it should just hover over it. The  water should be boiling and be simmering. Stir the chocolate until it’s totally melted and smooth then take it off the heat. Next separate the eggs place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another bowl. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla to the egg yolks and whisk it together. Then place the egg yolk mixture on the pot with the water and whisk the egg yolks and sugar until it thickens and the yellow is lighter. Mix the yolks with the chocolate. Next whip up the egg whites with an electric mixer until they are foamy then add 1 tablespoon sugar, continue to beet the eggs until medium peeks form . Fold the egg whites into the chocolate. Divide the Mousse into 8 ramekins and refrigerate. Serve with raspberries (or your favorite Berries) and some chocolate shavings.

Recipe:
1lb chicken breast cut into strips
1lb fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup Betterine
16 Oz non dairy creamer
4 garlic cloves chopped
3 frozen garlic cubes
1 tablespoon chicken consume 
1/2 tablespoon corn starch
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Cook pasta according to package directions. Place 1/4 cup Betterine in a large frying pan, once it’s melted, add the chicken, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, sauté until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the other half of the Betterine stick to the frying pan, add frozen and fresh garlic. Sauté until garlic is soft. Add creamer, corn starch, salt, pepper and chicken consume. Raise the flame and whisk while bringing it to a boil. Once the sauce has thickened add the chicken back in lower the flame and allow it to simmer until the pasta is ready. Once the pasta is ready add it to the Alfredo sauce. Serve hot. Garnish with Facon, fresh cracked black pepper, and parsley.

Recipe:
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 packet rapid rise yeast
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons Betterine (more for brushing)

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. In a microwaveable bowl, place Betterine, Almond milk, and water. Microwave for 35 seconds (make sure it’s not too hot you don’t want it to kill the yeast) add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well until you have a nice dough. Divide the dough into 12 sections. Shape each section into a ball. Place in a 9x13 pan. Cover the dough for 30-40 minutes until the rolls double in size. Brush with softened Betterine. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
8 slices bread

Mix the milk, eggs, and cinnamon until they are combined. Heat up a frying pan and place a thin slice of Betterine (approximately 1 tablespoon) in the pan. Coat a piece of bread into the egg mixture, place in the hot frying pan. Fry each side for about two and a half minutes until each side is golden brown. Repeat. Recipe:
1 cup whole almonds, divided
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons Betterine 
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/4 teaspoon almond extract 
Heat the oven to 350°. In a food processor or blender, pulse half the almonds until they are very finely chopped. Pour them into a large bowl. Then chop the other half of the almonds coarsely, and add them to the bowl. Pour the oats, salt, and brown sugar into the bowl with the almonds and stir to combine. In a small microwaveable bowl, combine the honey and Betterine, microwave for 40 seconds, stir to dissolve the Betterine then add it to the large bowl. And the vanilla and almond extracts. Mix well. Pour the oat mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. After it cools break the granola into clusters. Store in an air tight container.

Heat oven to 350°. Line muffin tins with paper liners and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl microwave the Betterine for 40 seconds. In a large bowl mix the Betterine, sugar, egg, vanilla sand almond extracts and almond milk, mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add almonds and mix them in. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffins tins. Top with a few more almonds. Bake for 25 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted. 
Yields about 8-10 muffins.

Place the Betterine in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave for 45 seconds to liquify it. Beat the eggs with the sugar and Betterine and then add, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Slowly add the flour until you get a good dough consistency. Roll out he dough about a quarter inch thick. Use a glass or mug or any circular shape it with somewhat of a sharp edge to cut circles in the dough. Add about a tablespoon of the filling (strawberry preserves ) to the center of the circle , then pinch the corners to form triangles. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes (aprox)or until light golden brown.

Add the sugars and mix, add the eggs, mix. Add the vanilla and mix. Add the peanut butter and mix. Add the salt, baking powder, and flour, and mix until you get a nice cookie dough. Place some sugar on a plate (about 1/4 cup is enough) form one inch balls. Roll each ball in the sugar and then place on the prepared baking sheet. Next take a fork and make the traditional criss cross pattern on the cookies. Bake for 13 minutes.

Lemon glaze

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Mix sugar and room temperature Betterine. Add lemons juice and zest and mix. Add the eggs and mix. Add the almond milk and vanilla dm mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix. Add the poppy seeds and mix. Prepare muffin tins. Heat the oven to 400°. Use an icecream scooper to scoop the batter into the muffin tins. Yields 12 muffins. Bake for 15 minutes. 
Mix the glaze ingredients together and glaze each muffins. If you do not put the zest in the glaze, you can garnish the top with the zest.
